Thryv’s customer relationship software needed a friendly, relatable identity. Enter Thryv Guy, a lively corporate mascot inspired by an app button brought to life. Thryv Guy became the centerpiece of a high-energy television campaign, helping small business owners understand how Thryv simplifies operations.
Beyond TV, I extended the campaign into direct mail, reinforcing brand recognition with playful, engaging messaging. By blending animation, character-driven storytelling, and humor, I helped Thryv stand out in a competitive market while making CRM software feel approachable and fun.
