TriHealth hospitals needed an internal motivational campaign that resonated with staff. I designed a vintage-inspired poster series, using classic Norman Rockwell-style illustrations to convey dedication, teamwork, and compassionate care.

The nostalgic yet fresh approach successfully boosted hospital staff morale, proving that creative storytelling can have a powerful impact in healthcare settings.
